I will feel bad if (big if) one day I am in the management and need to fire someone. It is bad enough to lower their salary, but in a time like this. Losing a percentage of your salary is better than losing all of it.
What's the percentage of reduction you are suggesting to your boss?
Actually, I am suggesting to close office and factory on saturday and cut 2 days salary proportionally. I think that is around 7% - 8% cut of the total salary.

另外, 其实slide 度可以按一个制去关上背景音乐的, 不过我发现好多人都不知道. 而且每次登入去关掉背景音乐也太麻烦, 所以还是算了吧.

其实我不知道老板有什么顾虑?
1. 好多公司星期六已经不用上班. 市好的时候, 我们公司就是因为返工时间长而不容易请人.现在趁无单, 无甘多野做的时候将人工及工时一齐减少, 根本是最佳时机. 当市好番的时候, D人又会嘈要5天工作, 到时又不可以减人工.
2. 就算市好番, 人手不够, 米再请番多一两个人咯. 其实我觉得现在应该要cut两个人先合理.
所以做sales 個d人都好慘..個市唔好.佢地應該冇咩做. 佢地日日坐係公司都唔知做咩.
我间公司D sales 好多野做, 我想cut 的是嗰D clerk.
嗰市不好, D sales 更加要跑多D 客找单, 而且要睇实D客, 米比他们走数. 而且嗰价日日变, sales 要狂转报价单.
所以就算嗰市不好, D sales 系不能 cut 的.

Cut 人嘛，個人覺得應 cut 得 cut，做人唔好心軟。留埋 D 冇用嘅人最後 suffer 嘅除咗老闆同埋 management 外，亦間接影響埋其他做得嘢嘅人。
